What are your office hours?

We are open Monday through Thursday from 8:30 A.M to 8:00 P.M and Fridays from 8:30 A.M to 5:00 P.M.

What if I need to cancel/reschedule my appointment?

Please notify the office 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment.

What if I need to contact you after hours, on the weekend or during a holiday?

Problems that arise during these periods will be handled by the physician on duty. There is a physician available 24 hours per day and 7 days per week for emergencies only. Please have the telephone number of your pharmacy and a pencil available when calling.

What insurance do you accept?

Our practice participates in most health care plans and our staff will gladly assist you with all of your billing questions and needs. It is necessary for you to bring your health insurance card to the office at the time of your visit and that you know what your policy covers.
